Greetings Ascended!
This is a new thing our guild officers and leaders wish to test out. We wish to try and get our forums a bit more active and we wish for you all to register and begin to participate. On this weeks Agenda, we will be discussion possible events that will be coming your way, possible new things to hit the guild, alliances and issues we wish to bring up. pve and pvp.

The weeks seem to slowly drag themselves out. The hours draw into minutes and the game slowly begins to dull itself down to a point. We understand game content is a must but we wish to get the guild going! Role play! We are a role playing guild and we need to get everyone involved. With this said, we will begin to start weekly guild events. Anyone and everyone is allowed to suggest ideas and give feedback after each event. We are beginning to find the lack of interest crucial and we need everyone to start participating to benefit the guilds health. Remember, a guild is a community and a community runs on activities and the willingness to work with one another. Without the co-operation,t he community will fall. This is never a bad thing but it's always a concern. So please, do try and open up a little. No one here bites, hard ;3

Some role play events that will be coming you way will be small things like Map Hikes, Scavenger hunts, PvP and PvE based events that will help out everyone and anyone along the way. We encourage everyone begin to role play in the role play channel [[ Which can be added by simply typing in /join bbbrp ]].  Having problem getting into role play? Simple! Talk to friend or an officer. We are always open to help you build a character or ideas and ways to communicate with everyone round you. Some rules of thumb you must remember is play a character of your choice, be unique, and have fun. Object and items, likes books or weapons, are sometimes an easy way to open up ant conversation in a big crowd. Never be afraid to approach another and create the role play! People do like it when they are engaged and you can't be the one they have to engage with. Your character a shy or anti-social kind? No problem. A buddy is a great way to have your character flourish into a unique one!

We have began to recruit new members! A thing to remember when a new member joins the guild is to offer a helping hand and make them feel welcomed. A friendly hello or a simple 'need any help?' can open up a new friendship with a member just joining. Another thing to consider when talking to a new person, or anyone else, is to respect them and their space. Don't' suffocate them. Be patient with them as they are like a new person in a school. Don't label or exclude them. Never push a person away. If you do not like them, then simply stay quiet and keep all rude comments to yourself. Don't go off starting rumors and making jokes abut a person. We are a family, and complications will happen.
New members: Don't' abuse this ability to get what you need. be fair. As a new comer you are still on trial and you will see to it as a privilege and not a place of power.
Officers: Do not bribe or tempt members. This can result into bad behaviors and other things that will never be mentioned. As a leader/leading role figure, you are to show them respect, along with everyone else, and consider them like they are your young. Protect them from harm and stop any harassment you see.

We are all here to be apart of a drama free guild, so lets try our best to get along. If you have any issues with a member then please, talk to them first before bringing it up to an officer. Sometimes the issue can be resolved easily between the two at point then having an officer intervene. Remember: Officers will not always be around and little issues can't be under our control. We are not gods.

Alliances are a way for one guild to speak with another under agreeable terms. Whether it's role play wise or PvE or PvP wise, it's all welcomed. You will all be notified of who we align with and you will treat them with the same respect. If any problems arise, talk to an officer of your guild and we'll see that it is dealt with.  We have began to expand outward, we tend to flourish and begin to open our community with another. Do not go off and try taking their members and dragging them into our order. This puts a bad name on us and them. Any means to do so will result in a punishment. We all pay to play this game, never force anyone to do anything they do not wish, especially a stranger.

Helping one another can bring up a friendship you never thought possible. If you're a low level seeking help, never hesitate to post in guild, there is always someone want to help. Whether it's role play or PvE/PvP, we are always on board. Feeling harrassed about an issue with PvE? Let us know! We'll see it comes to a halt.

We've come to notice many people do not communicate in guild chat when they need help, and have began to feel left out. We wish to eliminate this feeling and wish to raise the communities awareness of the issue. You are a team, a working clock. You tick and tock all the same. We have all been through the levels and grinds of the game. Just because you are a high level doesn't put yourself above anyone else. Be a good person and help others. Not interested? then simply let them know. Don't ignore the cry for help, let them know you are unavailable and wish to just be with yourself or offer to help them another time. This will let them know you understand the dilemma and are simply busy with your own. Offer lowbies dungeon runs, rift runs and even pvp guidance. Never shy them away. Low levels, ask for their help and it will be attended to, whether it's someone under your level or above, anyone's willing to help. Remember guys, we are all in this together.
